1. Go to your blog and write about what you have learned about team work after 3 weeks on the project: Do you feel your group is working as a team? Why or why not? How have you changed your behavior so the team could be better? What does your team need to do in order to make this a better experience for everyone? Do you believe your project will be completed by March 27th? Why or why not?

I have learned how to work with a group and how to get along. I think that my group is working as a team because we have been communicating and working good. I have listened to others and heard about what they had to say... i took their thoughts into consideration. I dont think that we have to do anything because right now we are perfect. Our project is going to be completed by the 27th because we've been working hard on it.

I was not here so I wouldnt know but I think most likely yes because they are nice girls.

How have you changed your behavior so the team could be better?
I am going to be nice and respectful so that we could all get along.

What does your team need to do in order to make this a better experience for everyone?
We all need to cooperate if not nothing is going to get done.
Do you believe your project will be completed by March 27th? Why or why not?
I think so because we will all do our work together and have it done on time.

I am a warm-hearted, popular, and conscientious kind of person. I am ESFJ.

I have a strong sense of responsibility and duty. I do whatever it takes to get something done.

I tend to put the needs of others over my own needs. I am warmly interested in others. I am also extremely good at reading others, and understanding their point of view. People like to be around me, because I guess I have a special gift of invariably making people feel good about themselves.

I am suited for responsible and hard working jobs. I also enjoy working and completing tasks.
